Hope is possible. Change is achievable.

ABOUT

Choosing to embark on the path of healing can be difficult, and I applaud you for taking the first step.

Hi, I'm Michael, a psychotherapist providing individual therapy and couples therapy. In my practice, I strive to create a warm and welcoming space for you to explore the challenges in your life and relationships. As a relational psychodynamic therapist, I integrate psychoanalytic approach, Attachment Theory and Motivational Interviewing. In my work with couples, my approach leans towards Relational Psychodynamic Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. I believe a warm, compassionate approach can guide people toward healing, deepen self-understanding, and serve as a catalyst for emotional growth and a more meaningful and engaging life. I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards well-being and connecting with your authentic Self.

I have extensive experience working with people bringing a variety of concerns. From relationship issues to depression, or anxiety and uncertainty, or how to move forward in a relationship, to issues of infidelity or porn addiction. I am confident that no matter what you bring forth, based on my experience and thoughtful approach, that I will be able to support you in your moment of need.

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

Take Action

01

New Clients

Address the suffering that causes you pain and heal the wounds that lay hidden under the surface.

02

Reaching Out

Deciding to begin therapy is a significant step, and it's normal for people to deeply contemplate starting before moving forward. Once you’re ready, my goal is to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I will try, to the best of my ability, to build a trusting relationship with you in a confidential environment where you can openly discuss sensitive topics, free from shame, guilt, or judgment. I am committed to providing a safe space where you can explore challenging aspects in your life, aspects that oftentimes feel too difficult to share with friends and family.
